Anne has helped me through a very tough time in my life, helping me understand what drives my emotions and thoughts and learn to cope with them when they sometimes feel like they are too much to take.
She has helped me put some context to my thoughts when I find my self spiralling out of control and thinking I have to just deal with feeling like the world is against me.
I’m very grateful for her help, compassion and understanding at one of the hardest points of my life
