About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I have worked in a variety of therapy settings throughout my career including with adults, families and adolescents. I love being a therapist and truly believe that growth and change are possible. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication problems, parenting problems and grief and loss. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I am compassionate, curious and social-justice oriented. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral methods with a depth and attachment-focused perspective to help you achieve self-awareness and healing. Together we will define goals and objectives to meet your unique and specific needs.

I look forward to working with you!

This is my first time working with a therapist as an adult. I really enjoy talking with Anne and I'm finding our meetings worthwhile for my personal growth. She's supported me in realizing how some of my adult behaviors connect to my childhood. I'd recommend her to just about anyone, but especially to those coming to therapy for the first time.
