About Me

Hi! My name is Annie, and I'm so glad you found your way here today. I have been a therapist for fifteen years now, and really enjoy working with my clients, and truly helping them find themselves. I am licensed in both Oregon and Texas. There is so much noise in the world, it makes it difficult for us to concentrate on bettering ourselves. On actually being happy. But true happiness is attainable. I strongly believe that getting to know yourself deeply leads to fulfillment and happiness in all other areas of life. I have done a lot of work with people who have eating disorders, and women's issues in general . I am comfortable working with people who have been through trauma, and are trying to get to the other side. I also work with people who struggle with depression and anxiety, and self-harming behaviors. I am very open minded, and will never place judgement. I want to see you life your best, fullest life. I use an eclectic approach based on what each client needs. Let's work together to find a treatment plan that best suits you. I can't wait to talk to you!
