Annika is an amazing therapist. She is straight to the point without being overbearing or judgemental in any way. I really felt like I was in charge of my own therapy with her gently pushing me along to get better every day. I learned a lot through my time with Annika, and my life has really improved using the tools she helped me build!

Annika is incredible. She’s really good at holding me accountable to making positive changes in my life. She’s a good listener, validates what I feel, but also points to the progress I’ve made and where I can make other simple changes in habits or in interactions with others for deeper or continued improvement. If I ask a question that she doesn’t know an answer or resource for, she always researches it and gets back to me. We’ve really delved into a lot of different parts of my life from managing overwhelm in the day to day to deeper relational and identity stuff, but she was able to go in every direction with me with ease. She helped me get through a particularly hard year!

You are absolutely wonderful, Annika! I had a wonderful experience working with you, and wish I could continue working with you! Unfortunately, I cannot afford the cost of BetterHelp this time due to being a student and unemployed due to COVID... it's just too much to budget at this time, and it really bums me out. I hope to be able to get a better management of my finances to return@
