This is kind of ridiculous because I have only had one session

Written on Jun 15, 2022 after therapy with Anntana for 2 weeks on issues concerning addictions, lgbt, bipolar disorder, and coping with life changes

Anntana has been respectful and understanding. She’s used questions to help me find what’s at the root of my concerns. She hasn’t made me feel judged in any way. I often feel like my situation is challenging to understand and she’s been able to see through some things other people don’t get. So it’s been a positive experience.
