About me

Hello!!! Just want to introduce myself. My name is Antoinette Bell and I have been a therapist since March of 2001. I began my career working with a wide variety of people and love that. I am able to experience different cultures, morals and values of all types of people so that I am able to help them best.

I am a graduate of Bellevue University where I earned three Master's Degrees, Clinical Counseling, Human Services, and Business Management. Along with those I have several licenses and certifications... Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Life Coach, Gambling, and I am working on completing my American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapist training to become a registered Sex Therapist.

I like to approach therapy like a conversation when at all possible. I have found that it makes it easier to to just talk about what is going on and together figure out solutions when it is possible to do that. I think it is important to provide people with an environment they feel safe and comfortable in.

I look forward to meeting you!!

~Antoinette

She's so amazing and caring towards me, it almost felt like i had close friend with me! Very responsive and very very understanding! 10/10

She’s confident and her advice is strong. There are a few times she wasn’t on time, and I had to ask her to slow down when speaking from time to time. I think she will be much better as a counsellor if she would be a bit more careful with non-US citizens and be more punctual.

Antoinette was wonderful. She was easy to talk to and patient. I'm not one for talking about myself and she made it a little easier for me to open up.

Responds when you need her not just at your meeting times. She has a way to text with her and she checks on you. Never had a therapist be more concerned about me — like Ms. Bell

She really puts things in a great perspective with grounded realism. After talking with her, you really do feel a weight lifted and not alone.
