About me

Welcome and thank you for visiting my page!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with endorsement as a Health Service Provider in Psychology, offering services for individuals, couples, and families in Indiana seeking answers, relief, and growth.

My approach is contemporary and accessible, while still remaining rooted in the highest standards of the field. I build warm professional relationships; customize treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals; and deliver sophisticated interventions in a straightforward manner. I believe that high quality professional services should be available to everyone who would benefit from them and am eager to provide a comfortable and rewarding experience to individuals who are new to therapy.

I am a generalist, which means that I am prepared to work flexibly and effectively with people of a wide-range of ages, backgrounds/experiences, and issues/concerns. At the same time, I have particular expertise in working with adults who are struggling to figure out who they are, what they want, and how to be successful and satisfied in their lives and relationships. I have extensive experience working in university and college settings, so I am a good fit for college students who are experiencing academic difficulty or mental health challenges and need professional assistance to both resolve these issues and navigate the university systems and resources that are needed for their success. I am also a good fit for young adults who have started careers after high school and recent college graduates.

It would be my absolute privilege to work with you and help you reach your goals. At the same time, therapy is most effective when there is a good connection between therapist and client. So, trust your instincts! If you begin working with me and decide that we are not a good fit, I will do my best to help you find another professional so that you get the help, hope, and relief you need as soon as possible.

She is hands down the best and most caring therapist I’ve ever had. She is always there for me. She really cares and listens. She has helped me immensely and I’m beyond thankful for her.

Written on Mar 24, 2021 after therapy with Ariana for 1 year and 4 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, self esteem, anger management, and coping with life changes

Dr. Rebesco is a true listener and exudes professionalism. She is organized and continually asks the right questions. I really enjoyed my sessions with her as we delved into myself. Her soothing demeaner and attentiveness allowed me to open up and effectively address that which had been hurting me. I highly suggest counseling with Dr. Rebesco if you are looking for an accredited individual who provides more psychological understanding than a self-proclaimed life coach.

The genuine care and professionalism I receive from Dr Rebesco is incredibly helpful! I would recommend her and Better Help to anyone - and have referred at least one person to try out the services.

Dr. Rebesco is absolutely amazing. It's like talking to a friend. I feel comfortable sharing with her what's going on in my life, and she asks great questions to help me think through better coping mechanisms and responses.
