About me
You may find yourself feeling stuck in old patterns, struggling with unsatisfying relationships, or wanting to feel more connected to yourself and others. With nearly a decade of experience, together we will work on co-creating an environment most conducive to what you need to feel safe and heard to heal and grow. My approach is compassionate, humorous and committed to finding what works best for you to live your life more fully. I specialize in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship conflicts, depression, ADHD, and queer folks exploring questions of gender identity and sexuality.
I meet my clients where they are, providing support tailored to you and your individual needs. I do not believe in a one size fits all treatment, and utilize various modalities including psychodynamic, relational, mindfulness, and CBT techniques to ensure the care being delivered is unique, collaborative, and centered around you.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
