Hello-
My name is Ariel Zebulun-Morton; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Therapist. I graduated from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work, with a Masters in Social Work. I have worked with a variety of populations in the field of Education, Child Welfare, and Mental Health. The journey has truly been rewarding in every way! My passion for the field of mental health stems from a challenging childhood and undiagnosed mental health issues in my family. There is a true stigma around mental health, but there also comes a great sense of freedom and liberation when you are able to shift that perspective and get to a better space mentally and emotionally!
I primarily use evidence based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. Most importantly, I meet my clients where they are and go from there! I provide a safe space to share and it is completely judgment free. Together we can begin the journey to a better you!
