I am a licensed professional counselor with 16+ years experience providing inpatient and outpatient counseling and crisis intervention with experiencing substance abuse and mental health issues. I specialize in working with adults from late teens to older men and women experiencing substance use disorders, depression, trauma, grief and improvement of mindfulness.
