Ms Pitchford is a great supporter. She listens to me and provides resourceful feedback. If I’m ever down before a session, she helps to pick me up with her encouragement.

I appreciate my time with her. She helped me realize how I should phrase my concerns to my employer when I was having issues with them. It helped me get on better terms with my employer. When she started sessions, she would start with how my week was with a back-and-forth like you would with a friend. I appreciate my time with her.

Arlene is very flexible and sensitive to my counseling needs. I am confident in her expertise and feel that I am getting the whole of her skills when we meet. She is caring and thoughtful yet insightful on her advice. I benefit tremendously from our sessions; in that I know I am meeting my goals with her feedback and coaching. Arlene has mentored me to find my "voice" and I am very grateful for her direction and support.
