Arley has been amazing since the first session. I’ve seen her for about a month and she has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. She’s very open and welcoming and it’s very easy to talk to her about anything. I’ve applied what she has taught me to what I’m going though and things are looking up for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I am glad I was assigned to Arley because she is a great listener and even better at giving feedback. She has helped me through many aspects of my life in a short amount of time and I would recommend her to anyone that needs someone to talk to. At the beginning, I felt very helpless and angry, but I now have learned how to process my emotions in a healthy way and understand myself on a deeper level and I will always be grateful to her for that.
