So far...she had changed parts of my life just from listening and offering advice. I used to be insanely angry when I couldn't cry or at things that didnt even matter. I've noticed that life doesn't wait for you, you have to be willing to go out and do better for yourself. I see a difference in the way I see myself too. Started to appreciate who I am more. Arley is a wonderful therapist and i am so glad to have her as my counselor

Arley helped me during a really dark time after an abusive relationship. She helped me to look at things from a different perspective and get out of the practice of self loathing. I recommend Arley to anyone who needs a little help to look at things from another point of view

Super open minded, could tell her about everything and anything. She really puts things into perspective for me and helped me out tremendously.

I really enjoyed working with Arley. Arley is very friendly and easy to talk to. She made many helpful suggestions and sent me some worksheets to help me walk through identifying problem areas and solutions for overcoming the problems. Her approach is very positive and her genuine concern for your well-being shines through. I highly recommend Arley and will definitely request her again if the need arises.

So far she’s been incredibly respectable of my anxiety and listens to all of my thoughts. I love how she asks questions that I didn’t even think about (habits, thoughts, connecting dots). I have full confidence in her and know she’s going to help me.

Arley has been a great help to me. She does a great job of listening to my thoughts and helping me see patterns in how I'm thinking in harmful ways. She also focuses on helping me to come up with techniques that I can employ to gradually improve my mental health and thought processes that I can use to redirect my mental state when it starts worsening. This approach has been very useful in my improvement so far.

Great listener and reflector, only met a couple times but well worth it! She comes off very sincere, leveled energy, and I appreciated her insights and ideas for problem solving. Thanks Arley!

I am still a work in progress but have come a very long way since my counseling sessions with Arley on Better Help and I’m so glad this resource is available to people especially now with everything going on today in the world. My concern with seeking counseling was always how I could afford it and with Better Help I don’t have that worry and added stress.
