About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing services for nearly 5 years in the state of California. My education from USC helped prepare me to serve the various populations that make up Los Angeles. I have experience working in different community mental health clinics as a program manager where I created and implemented culturally appropriate services, effectively managed multi-disciplinary teams, and ensured treatment reach the historically underserved populations. Throughout my career I have helped clients with varying issues including grief and loss, identity issues, depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, and psychotic symptoms to name a few.

My style to therapy is using compassion and empathy to better understand my clients. I use a wholistic approach with strength-based an client-centered focus to work together in creating a treatment plan that works for you. In treatment I use a combination of psychodynamic counseling, reflective listening and cognitive-behavioral interventions that are tailored to your needs.

I look forward to working together to make positive changes in your life.

Arpe is very kind and easy to talk to. I am only just beginning with her but it's nice to know someone is there to talk to since I am in a new place and don't know too many people.

She responds quickly and in a timely fashion. I went through 3 other therapists before I found her. She has good insight and we don't focus on the past much which I'm not sure is a good or bad thing but I appreciate her input.
