Arthur helps me understand where I am stuck. He is great with reading my journal and able to target what I may need to move past a challenge. I feel that Arthur has assisted in ways that have allowed me to stay a witness to my experiences. Which has helped me move forward. I absolutely love Arthur’s kind words of encouragement as I’m going through one of the biggest parts of my life,.. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone to help them recalibrate their mindset. I never knew how much I needed it.

Arthur is my first experience with a Therapist and my life is already changing for the better due to the way I’ve been able to identify the real issues in my life. I truly can’t explain how incredible this experience has been for me thus far. I would definitely recommend Arthur!

I feel Arthur Belmont is an excellent therapist. I had never tried online therapy, and to be honest, I was skeptical because I'd always had therapy in a room with a therapist. I decided to try BetterHelp and once Arthur reached out to me, I felt safe, and in "good hands" right away. I immediately felt that I could open up to him with my fears. He is gentle, yet firm, as he guides me through my anxiety. Arthur is also inspirational and I believe Arthur believes in me. He has been helping to increase my confidence. Also, Arthur can sometimes be tough (in a good way) by holding me accountable for my thoughts-and in my actions with others. I've been dealing with some pretty tough issues, and I believe Arthur is helping me turn my life around. I strongly feel Arthur Belmont is an excellent therapist, and I highly recommend him.
