Ashby has given me a tool kit full of useful tricks to help me through any of life's struggles. She is personable and I feel confident in her expertise and ability to guide me when I need it. I also recognize that weekly she is someone that I can confide in and talk to you about anything in my life without judgment, but with compassion and understanding. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family looking for a therapist.

Ashby is truly an excellent counselor, and her services have far exceeded my expectations. I have had a few good experiences with therapy before, and Ashby is the best counselor I’ve ever had. She is intelligent, organized, empathetic, and compassionate, and kind. She is an incredible listener, and it’s clear she really listens with intention. She is also very practical and insightful, and she takes a refreshing, solutions-oriented in her approach. I leave every session with tangible takeaways and practical steps I can take toward growth. Working with Ashby has helped me to make peace with past traumas and feel more grounded, empowered, and capable moving forward. On top of all this, Ashby is an all-around wonderful (and likable!) human, and someone I admire as a person because of the way she thinks, communicate, cares, and connects. This is such an added gift when working through difficult experiences and emotions with a therapist. I would 100% recommend Ashby to anyone seeking support. She is truly outstanding!

Ashby's been great so far! I've not been with her long, but so far she's been really insightful, a great listener, and has really taken into account my needs! I could not be more satisfied.
