I have a Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University Atlanta and have 8+ years of experience in the clinical setting. I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) licensed in the state of Texas. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), adhering to the credential of the National Board of Certified Counselor (NBCC). Before starting my graduate studies at Argosy, I served seven years in the United States Army, serving a tour in Cuba and a deployment to Iraq. I am open to working with adults, doing primarily virtual video individual therapy, but will also have some availability with chat, message, & phone. Therapy will consist of 4 stages: Assessment, Treatment Planning, Treatment, & Termination. Our first live session (video or phone) will be for 30-45 minutes and consist of gathering information needed. Treatment planning is when we will collaborate together to discuss your goals for counseling. Treatment is where we will work on these goals. Lastly, termination is determined between you as the client and myself as the therapist.
