Ashlee Albart, LPC
About me
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're struggling with a relationship, unable to regulate emotions that feel too intense, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support, feedback, and help. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in session I encourage transformation through identifying both cognitive and emotional obstacles that may impede that discovery. I hope to share tools and my professional experience to help you get back on track while providing a safe place to feel challenged and accepted.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and National Certified Counselor, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and do my best to meet people where they are and help guide them to where they want to be. I care immensely for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek or the peace they need. I aim to guide clients through the counseling process while implementing methods to help them develop new perspectives and improved coping strategies. I offer a nonjudgmental, safe, and therapeutic environment in which clients can explore areas of growth, share parts of themselves, and trust the process. I work with all people struggling with a myriad of issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, sexual assault, relationship and family conflict.

I’ve had a few therapists/counselors in the past for trauma, depression, and anxiety. Ashlee is the only one who really helped me. She is kind, patient, and straightforward. Very supportive and would recommend her to anyone especially those who gave up on therapy or haven’t found the right one yet.
