About me

Hello! My name is Ashlee and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Arizona. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including family systems issues, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, and more. I also am a licensed School Counselor and have experience working with adolescents and their families.

I would describe my therapy style as welcoming and calm, with a little hint of humor (if you are comfortable with that). I love to get to know my clients and make them feel heard and understood. I look at therapy as a partnership and I will adapt my approach to best fit your needs as our counseling relationship grows. My approach is a mixture of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy.

I believe that every single person has the ability to live the life they want to live, just sometimes we need support from others to discover our strengths and motivations. Your willingness to seek help is already showing just how strong you are, I hope you consider allowing me to support you as you continue this journey.

I look forward to working with you!

Ashlee is a wonderful therapist. She is a very intent listener and gives conscious and concise advice. There have been many times that I've been in a moment and had her reassurance to guide my actions which tells me that her help is actually helping.
