I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan. I have over 12 years of experience in the field in various capacities, specifically 4 years in the clinical capacity. However, working with individuals to reach their goals has been the common theme. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD.
My counseling style is straight forward, compassionate, and empathic. My goal is to be respectful of your story and sensitive to all of the things that you have accomplished on your own. I do my very best to meet clients where they are and to work collaboratively moving forward. I have experience with cognitive-behavioral, Motivation Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness approaches. Together we will discover the most appropriate treatment plan to meet your needs.
