About Me

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in North Carolina. I have been providing mental health services for over 9 years, and work with individuals on a wide range of issues and concerns including stress management and problem solving, depression, anxiety, mental illness, disability related issues, family conflicts, substance use, academic difficulties, and other personal issues.

My counseling approach is to help individuals define goals, navigate through presenting obstacles, and improve their well-being. I incorporate a person centered and individualized approach that draws on various counseling methods to meet the needs of the individual that I am working with.

Ashley is great. She’s able to present hard truths about situations that I don’t want to admit to myself. But she does so in a very tactful manner that I very much appreciate. She’s a great listener
