Ashley Bolella

About Me

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over ten years experience in the field. I have worked for many years specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, parenting difficulties, self-esteem, and trauma related disorders. My role is to help guide you through your current life challenges. We will work to build a therapeutic relationship that will allow me to offer insight and tools to bring healing and balance back into your life.

I am especially skilled at helping clients feel comfortable, safe, and prepared to address their life goals. I believe that to make lasting change, we need to look at the 'whole picture'. By helping clients make connections between behavior and relationships with their feelings and symptoms, I help facilitate sustainable and genuine growth. My treatment approach is strength-based and often eclectic, as I believe in the importance of tailoring an intervention for the specific needs of my clients.

I know how difficult reaching out for help can be, and I am proud of you for the first steps you have made. I look forward to assisting you through your journey.

Ashley is a very professional, approachable and easy-to-get-along-with person. As a psychiatrist myself, I feel like Ashley is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful, for which I’m really grateful :)

Working with Ashley has been a really fantastic experience - she supports you when you need it, pushes you when you need that, and is really understanding and patient as we work through a lot of things. We have made a ton of great progress together and I am very thankful to have her!

We've only had two sessions but I feel like shes very interested in whats going on in my life and feel like I'm the only person shes counseling. I feel like what I'm going through is important to her and she has ways to help me get there! I was skeptical on how this would work but I'm very happy I decided to sign up!
