About Me
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’ve been a counselor for over 13 years, and during that time I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people at many different points in life. I’ve worked with teens and young adults navigating school, relationships, and identity, as well as older adults facing life changes, loss, and new transitions.
My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative. I use a mix of solution-focused strategies and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while also drawing from trauma-informed practices to help create a safe and supportive space. I believe small steps forward can create big changes, and I work with you to find practical tools you can use right away.
I offer online sessions through live chat and messaging, so you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable and convenient for you. Whether you’re looking for supplemental support or a safe place to process, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped for what’s ahead.
