I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. I’m very grateful for all I’ve learned and achieved with Ashley’s guide and support.

Ashley's approach worked for me a lot, we worked through issues such as my: eating disorder, anxiety/depression periods, strong questioning of my own worth, values, sociophobia even, relationship issues, and panic attacks....he combines different ways of looking at the issue with a lot of spirituality and work with your inner center which helped me learn how to eventually deal with situations alone and that I believe is the goal. furthermore, he asks the right questions, often they would resonate for weeks in your head and bring you very powerful realizations and clarity on issues. His approach is a guide that you can take with you, he doesn't just help to heal you he kinda gives you a manual for your mental health and issues in life which I am so grateful for. Plus I love that he is funny and he can take a joke! Thank you, Ashley!

Ashley has played a pivotal role in my mental health journey. It is extraordinarily difficult to put into words the effect that this experience has had on my life and consequently, the people around me. He has helped equip me with the tools needed to cope with stressful situations, anxiety, big life changes, and especially my relationships with family. I cannot thank him enough.
