About me

My name is Ashley Hudson and I consider it a great honor to be invited to walk alongside individuals on their journey .

I enjoy helping people through challenging seasons and working with them to identify internal strengths and resources that can be used to overcome life's obstacles. I believe an abundant, happy life is available to everyone who desires to seek healing and growth on their journey.

I received my BSW from Baylor University and my MSW from the University of Denver. I am an LCSW in Colorado. My experience includes providing supportive counseling to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and relationship issues. I have a certificate in Interpersonal Trauma as well as Perinatal Mental Health.

As a survivor of Postpartum Depression, I am passionate about serving mothers struggling with PPD or PPA as they navigate the layers of difficulty and beauty that can encompass that season.

I am a Christian and enjoy using Biblically based approaches to counseling and change when and if clients are open to it!

Ashley is very kind and insightful. She takes the time to get to know you and to understand what you are going through. It seems she really cares about the people she helps and she always takes the time to pray with me. I am really glad that I was paired with her and really appreciate all that she has done to help me. I couldn't ask for a better counselor!

Ashley is an extremely empathetic, insightful and sensitive counselor who is able to readily see the underlying emotions of an issue and addresses the issues with respect and kindness. During my sessions with Ashley I got the very deep sense that she genuinely cared about my well being and the situations that I was going through. Ashley made me feel like I had someone in my corner rooting for me and that felt amazing. I would recommend Ashley to anyone who is looking for a faith based counselor.
