About me
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Florida, I focus my practice on use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, family systems modalities, and use of motivational interviewing. I help clients reach effective solutions to their varied challenges. I believe that each individual has the ability to overcome struggles and to learn ways to self-heal. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of disorders and concerns including; PTSD/trauma, abuse and neglect, anger, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship issues, behavioral concerns, parenting problems, and adjustment issues. I help to empower clients and to guide them to self-discovery, improve emotional regulation, develop healthy coping and problem-solving skills, and to learn skills to help yourself. It takes courage to ask for help and support and I applaud you for doing so. I look forward to working with you.
Please note that my schedule does not always accurately reflect my available hours. Please message me if you need a time that is not available on my schedule.
