Ash is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is really helping me to figure out more about myself and how to handle strained relationships. I'm so glad I reached out to BetterHelp when I did and I feel so fortunate to have been matched with Ash. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I find Ashley's advice to be insightful and on point. I have noticed results in the short time that I have been working with her.
