Ashley is always wonderful. She supports me and helps me work through things without giving me “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts”. It’s so nice to be able to do therapy from home.

Ashley is one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. She listens and offers advice in ways that work well for me. I also always feel comfortable with her, because it doesn’t always feel like I’m necessarily talking to a therapist, but a friend as well.

I just started a few months ago. Ashley has been great. The meetings are extremely casual but get to the point. I feel very comfortable talking with her. She offers good suggestions on things to do each week to make progress. I would highly recommend Ashley and I look forward to having her as my therapist for the foreseeable future!

Ashley has been extremely helpful in helping me recognize issues in my life and work through them. She is a great listener and shares her knowledge and advice without condemning or seeming judgmental.

I am happy with the quality of the advice I have been given in my first week. Our conversations flow well, and normally only stall on my account.

Ashley Thomas has definitely may made my first therapy experience a positive one! Just by taking the initial questionnaire to start off and identify who would be the most relatable in helping you through your journey. I was nervous to say the very least about embarking on this Betterhelp journey but Ashley made our first session an open table discussion to see where would be a good place to start. Connecting with others and how you present yourself and your boundaries is something that I've always struggle with. I have hope and see the light at the end of the tunnel with some helpful tools and tricks to bring into daily life. Definitely an eye opening experience for anyone who is considering giving therapy a try. Ashley is the best! She is very personable and open to any conversation. Ashley is also extremely knowledgeable on how to help you switch gears in your daily mindset; in order to focus on how to better yourself in the long run

Ashley has been great so far. She challenges me with thinking outside the box, and keeping the conversation rolling.

Ashley has been amazing! I am a MASSIVE overthinker and Ashley has done the best job at making things simple in a digestible way. She’s a great listener but she is also very honest in her approach. She challenges me and my thinking just enough every session!

Ashley is a wonderful listener, and I feel like our sessions are more of a conversation than me dumping my issues. It makes me feel less emotionally drained after each session. I also appreciate how Ashley offers a variety of coping and/or grounding techniques and wants my feedback to see what we should continue versus what we need to change.

It was nice working with Ashley, and she helped me understand myself and my relationship.

Work with me!
