About Me

Congratulations to you on taking the first step towards change. It takes SO much courage and bravery to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. My name is Ashley WIlliams, LMSW-C. I am a Licensed Master Level Social Worker here in Michigan. I attended Wayne State University for my Bachelor of Social work and Master of Social Work degree. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including Stress, Anxiety, Self-love/ self-esteem difficulties, complex family dynamics, career challenges and life transitions over the past four years.

My therapy approach is warm, compassionate, understanding and engaging. I utilize a multitude of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques and solution-focused practices to name a few. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I am here to support and empower you.

I have only had one session with Ashley but I have messaged her a few times. She responds in a timely manner and has been very helpful to me. I look forward to more sessions with her and the healing that I will get from them.
