About me
I am both a Licensed Professional Counselor and Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 9 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and families. My therapeutic style provides a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere so that clients can safely explore their treatment goals. I work with approaches that include client-centered therapy, using traditional techniques in family systems work, CBT and DBT modalities as well as harm reduction. I specialize in working with individuals as well as family systems struggling with addiction issues. Additionally, I am well versed in treating an array of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, mood disorders and PTSD and am very interested in the clinical areas that include relationship hardships as well as self-care and wellness ventures. Above all, I am a firm believer in offering a holistic approach to therapy, with a focus on leaving no stone unturned in helping you implement simple positive changes that can lead to finding true peace and long-term success.
