About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Wisconsin. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and substance use issues. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

When working with individuals, I prioritize a genuine therapeutic connection based off respect in order to foster a safe space to share difficult topics. I believe that you know yourself best and I am here to help provide you with tools to improve your journey. I am excited to meet you and work together to identify your goals, make plans to achieve them, and help you build your cognitive wellness.

She's amazing and makes it super comfortable talking to her. She understands me and my way of thinking. This was my first try at therapy and I'm glad I got her as my therapist.

I've really enjoyed working with Ashley over the last year. She's very personable, makes me feel comfortable, a great listener (remembers the little details), and provides helpful tools and feedback to reflect on.
