Ashli Mitchell, LPC
About me
As a human, I believe that no one knows your life story better than you. Thank you for reaching out and trusting to share a portion of that story with me. Making the decision of showing up for yourself takes a lot of courage.
There is no simpler way to put it other than life can sometimes be hard. It can get messy and at times we can feel that we are stuck or unmotivated. Thankfully, it does not have to continue this way. If you are looking for a relaxed, transparent therapist to aid you in traveling through the stuck-ness, I am here. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process and that everyone should and can live their best life. You've got this and I am excited about going on this journey together with you!
My name is Ashli Mitchell and I obtained my Master's in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Aiken in 2013. I have roughly 8 years of clinical experience. I have worked with a variety of individuals, some of who were struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, developmental challenges, mood instability, anger issues, relationship issues, general life stressors, and many other symptoms. I look forward to hearing from you!
