Good sense of humor, professional, appropriately concerned.

Oh my gosh. I came to Dr. Gaddis not knowing what to do or how to feel. I felt broken and felt this huge disconnect from where I was and where I wanted to be, with no knowledge of how to get there. Through some really tough sessions and some really tough conversations, Dr. Gaddis had me realize that I was capable of moving through this process we call life, even when it weighs down on us. He taught me concrete actions and ways of thinking that seemed really simple at the time, but have helped me out enormously. I’m so proud of myself for getting the help I need, and am so so unbelievably thankful to have gotten it from Dr. Gaddis. Thank you, for everything.

Dr. Gaddis is the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. He treats you like a human, not an appointment slot to be filled. He listens so well and is incredibly supportive, kind, and understanding. He creates a safe environment that allows you to really dig into uncomfortable topics.
