About me

Reaching out to someone for help is hard! The fact that you are seeking help shows a desire to make changes, to learn, to grow. Don't ignore the motivation you are feeling to do something different. I would be honored to help you with your unique journey to a better you. Let me help you cope with life's struggles. I enjoy working with individuals, in particular, females and young adults. Some of the issues I work most effectively with include anxiety, as well as general life concerns, transitions, stress management and personal growth. My clinical and life experience contribute to my effectiveness in these areas. There is a relationship between thoughts and feelings/moods. I can help restructure your thinking so that you can feel better and be more productive and effective in your life and stop self defeating behaviors that limit you. I am an open, non-judgemental, safe person for you to talk to. Your needs will be approached individually. I believe that psychotherapy should be accessible and affordable which is one of the reasons I am excited to be a part of BetterHelp. Audra has been pivotal in supporting me through a tumultuous and transformative time in my life. I felt I could always message her for guidance through the live chat, and that we would prioritize my needs during our live phone session. While Audra is leaving BetterHelp, I feel incredibly grateful for the time I got to have her as a therapist. I am much more prepared to navigate my mental health journey moving forward.

Auda is a wonderful counselor! She's excellent at listening and sussing out what your true concerns are, and helping you figure out ways to tackle them, and best of all, she's *very* responsive. I feel confident that if I have something urgent to work out with her, she'll see it and be there for me. I'd definitely recommend her.
