About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 plus years experience in therapy. I have experience in helping those who struggle with depression, anxiety, life stress, parenting problems, childhood trauma and abuse, and career issues.

My counseling style is warm, interactive and empowering. I have experience working with those in a variety of backgrounds and always work to have a nonjudgmental environment. My approach is client-centered, cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing. I will work to make your treatment plan specific to your needs. My expertise allows clients to develop their own perspective of problem solving and empowers them to make the changes needed in order to accomplish their goals. I am here to facilitate personal growth with a goal that you feel hopeful about the future.

Audrey is just like that great friend you can tell anything to. She’s understanding and encouraging.
She stays neutral but makes you feel heard.

Audrey is a wonderful counselor! She listens and provides thoughtful feedback. She has also suggests "homework" after each session that have been so beneficial to my progress.

Audrey responds when I text her very quickly. She checks in on me when we haven’t talked in a bit. She listens and offers me new ways of thinking/seeing my situations. I even shared some of her help with my husband.
