About me

My name is Autumn. I have a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and hold independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts. I have experience working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors, people experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, difficulty adjusting to changes, coping with grief/loss and addiction to a substance or a behavior. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment and consider the whole person when providing care. I have been training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Have utilized DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, meditation and holistic approaches to counseling. I work with a person collaboratively to focus on what you want to work on together.
