Hi there, I'm a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with over 4 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I have also worked with children and teens who endured childhood trauma. I was also trained in the neurosequential model of therapeutics, a treatment approach that looks at how childhood trauma affects the brain.
I have different treatment modalities that I use including relational, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I believe in treating my clients with empathy and compassion, thus creating a non-judgmental space to talk about their difficulties and concerns.
Seeking therapy is courageous and I'm happy to help and support you. I hope to hear from you soon!
Additional areas of focus: Addictions, Grief, Parenting issues, Self esteem, Bipolar disorder, Coping with life changes, Abandonment, Attachment Issues, Codependency, Family Problems, Pregnancy and Childbirth, Sexual Assault and Abuse, Women's Issues

I love how she breaks down my problems into steps for me. As I progress through the steps, I can see changes in myself, how I feel - which is mainly that I become unstuck from my depressed/fearful/worthless spiral and become more hopeful.
She is super responsive, hears what I’m saying, and can separate my doubts from actionable steps that prove my doubts wrong.
