If you’re looking for someone who is caring and a good listener, this is who you should choose as a counselor. She’s helped me look at life differently and encouraged me to dig deep to figure out the things I enjoy. She’s also helped me navigate the root of my behavior.

Barbara is easy to talk with and has been empathetic to my personal situation. I find she is very easy to talk not only from a professional standpoint but on a spiritual level as well. This is something that has been very important to me.

She's very easy to talk to. I like how how she provides a more positive and stronger perspective to my stressful situations. I always leave the session feeling calmer and like I have good work to focus on.
