About me
I am a motivated individual with more that 15 years experience helping people navigate through lifes challenges.
I received my Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University in New York. I am licensed in New York, Rhode Island and
Connecticut where I currently live and practice as a licensed clinical social worker. I began my career working with adolescents in a group home setting and have continued to keep strong connections with adolescents and families. I have broadened my areas of experience to individuals and family therapy across the lifespan. I believe in meeting people where they are in their lives and not trying to force people into a mold.
I recognize the obstacles that life, family and careers can present and understand that a little professional help and support can go a long way. I also understand that not every person responds to the same approach. I treat individuals as individuals and help them to recognize their strengths and apply them to meet their goals and navigate their lives.
