I also have a bachelor's degree in fine arts painting and a master's degree in counseling. I believe that counseling provides the opportunity for growth and self discovery in the context of a safe, supportive and therapeutic relationship. The vision that guides my approach to counseling is interdisciplinary in nature. This means that I will draw on many different theories and approaches to determine collaboratively how your thoughts and beliefs determine your feelings and behaviors.
