I was starting to have doubts about this service after my first counselor who I spent a month with and got nowhere with. I got matched with Beth and instantly realized she was a perfect fit for what I needed in a counselor. She is very direct and able to key into my priorities, yet very understanding and patient with how and when I wish to open up about certain things. She is very responsive and friendly. I like that she can empathize with my viewpoints as a woman and I can tell she really wants me to feel comfortable and progress in my growth.
