Just started working with Beth and she has been excellent and very accommodating with her schedule. She has helped me identify goals and ways to accomplish them in a realistic, but measurable approach.

Beth was very helpful in supporting me after the unexpected loss of my father. She was patient, kind, warm and always made me feel heard and validated. She assured me that my experiences and feelings were normal and encouraged me to process my emotions following whatever timeline suited me best. I'm grateful to have had her as part of my support system over the last year, especially as the pandemic began.

Beth is a delight! She listens with thoughtful interest, and offers valuable insights. She is very professional, but laid-back, easy to talk to, and understanding. Highly recommend!

I started meeting with Beth at the start of April and over the past few months she's provided me with lots of support and helped me work through my thoughts and emotions. Beth has always been really supportive and thoughtful, I definitely recommend her to anyone who might be looking for a therapist.

I value my time with my therapist, Beth, so much because she always helps me to work through any challenge with her kindness, insight, and thoughtful questions. She has put in the effort to learn my values, concerns, and personal relationships. I trust her completely and feel comfortable during our sessions. I truly believe that she has helped me make progress towards my mental health goals and gain self-compassion. Just knowing that she is there to listen and offer guidance helps me to perceive my stressors as less threatening.

I've only had one session with Beth so far, but I can already see that she is a great match for me. Her professionalism is outstanding and she listens to and addresses everything I have to say.

Beth is amazing. Always checking up on her patients. Well, she at least checks up on me. And I know for a fact she checks up on others as well. She puts her blood, sweat and tears into her clients. She is truly a God sent, and she is absolutely perfect.

In the couple of sessions I’ve had with Beth so far, she has been very good and listening and providing some feedback on my goals.
