I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and collaborative. I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, family systems theory, and interpersonal therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Just started working with Beth and she has been excellent and very accommodating with her schedule. She has helped me identify goals and ways to accomplish them in a realistic, but measurable approach.
Beth was very helpful in supporting me after the unexpected loss of my father. She was patient, kind, warm and always made me feel heard and validated. She assured me that my experiences and feelings were normal and encouraged me to process my emotions following whatever timeline suited me best. I'm grateful to have had her as part of my support system over the last year, especially as the pandemic began.
