I appreciate Bevelyn expertise during this time of my life. I am coming out of some things and going into some things and it has really helped me with getting the right perspective. I think sometimes just talking things out really helps and you usually talk yourself right into the answer that you need so I am very appreciative for Better Health , and for the opportunity that my EAP gave for me to release all of the anxieties that I had.

I instantly connected with Bevelyn. I’ve tried other therapists but knew right when we met this was going to be a great fit. She helps me think through the things I’m struggling with and she genuinely cares. She remembers week to week what we discussed and follows up on those topics. She is truly amazing and has helped me more than she will ever know.

Very helpful, kind, understanding. Asked me some tough questions about my situation to help me confront some deep sited issues that I had been hiding. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Bevelyn is the best therapist I’ve ever had, and I’m only 1 session in!! It’s a bonus that she is so responsive and offers texting and flexible appointment options. But as someone who is very aware of her issues and has seen a lot of therapists over the years, I can confidently say that Bevelyn called me out on my thoughts in a way that jerker me out of my stuck feeling. I’ve already thought through my issues, so a therapist who repeats it back and asks me to elaborate doesn’t help me. If you’re similar, Bevelyn is the perfect therapist. She makes me see my thoughts from a perspective I have t thought of, which is saying something!
