About me

Welcome!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; who received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.

I enjoy working alongside individuals, couples and families on their unique journey of self-discovery and healing. By creating a warm and non-judgmental environment, I allow clients to safely explore their innermost feelings and emotions as they move towards a life full of happiness and fulfillment. I take a holistic approach to mental health paying close attention to the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit, and tailors therapy to fit the unique needs of every client.

Over the past few years I has developed a passion for working with everything related to Maternal Mental Health and the sometimes-difficult transition into motherhood. I have also recently completed the “Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training for Mental Health and Clinical Professions” offered through Postpartum Support International and 2020 Mom and which focuses on Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

She is a fantastic listener! I always feel encouraged after we hang up.

Bianca often suggests small, easy changes that can immediately be implemented between sessions and discussed at the following appointment. She’s very prompt in replying to messages and it’s easy to set up appointments with her.

I’ve only been working with Bianca for a relatively short time, but in that time she has helped me tremendously. She is a great listener, offers really good insights, and is respectful and attentive to me and my needs. I really lucked out with a wonderful therapist and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.

Bianca is the realest, most authentic therapist I have ever had. She has been very good at helping me interpret my thoughts and feelings. She also gives me the most dynamic perspectives that help me turn my negative experiences into positive outlooks. She is very wise and understanding. I appreciate her particular therapy approach and would encourage anyone to try her out.

Bianca is my first therapist, and she has been super patient and very understanding with my situation. I initially went to her for anxiety, and while that is still a focus, I also had some issues with dating that I wanted to discuss through so I appreciate that Bianca is open to listening to my needs and providing nonjudgmental feedback/recommendations to help me move forward in the process. The homework and recommendations she gives me have been helpful and allows me to think deeper into my decisions. I'm looking forward to continuing my sessions with Bianca!
