Billie is truly and excellent counselor. She provided me with concrete tools to help me manage my anxiety. It was really helpful to have goals to work towards as opposed to simply sharing my problems.

Billie has a wonderful, patient, non-threatening manner. She has a way of talking that is calming and accepting. Thru our work together she has helped me untangle and understand past memories and emotional baggage. She is a great listener and her guidance is always gentle yet productive. She is a gifted counselor with a shining light!

Billie has been extremely supportive of me in my healing journey. She has been encouraging, accepting, and overall compassionate to me in my thought processes and growth. She was a choice I made after finding a therapist I didn't click well with and instantly I knew this was a good fit for me. I've appreciated my experience with Billie and I have recommended betterhelp to friends because of this.
