About me

My name is Bradley Shaw and I am currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arkansas. I have been licensed and practicing for over 25 years and have served in various capacities over the years that started out working on an inpatient adolescent unit, and moving on to an adult unit, drug and alcohol unit and clinical manager of various mental health programs across a hospital setting. I returned to my first love, providing therapy on a geriatric psychiatric unit and ended up full time in an outpatient clinic. I received my Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from Southern Seminary and my Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University.

I have enjoyed working with a diverse population over the years and that has continued in my outpatient counseling. I have had the privilege of working with young adults to senior adults over the years. I know that sometimes life is hard and these times have been especially challenging for many. I would love to have the opportunity to travel alongside you as we figure out how to help you find the resources within yourself to fulfill your goals and dreams.

I consider myself a solution focused, client centered cognitive behavioral therapist that believes in the importance of balance in one's life. This balance involves a person's mental, physical, spiritual and social aspects of oneself. I would be honored to be a part of finding your fulfillment together

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Bradley Shaw. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

We’ve only had a few sessions so far, but I immediately clicked with his style of therapy and am looking forward to our future sessions.
I greatly appreciate the structure that he has in his approach and the way that there aren’t any uncomfortable silences. The overall atmosphere he provides makes me feel listened to and that I can talk about anything, but without making me feel pressured to do all the talking.
