About me

I am licensed in Ohio, as well as other states with 17 years of professional work experience. I have so much experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, depression, and much more. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Sometimes therapy can be a process of throwing out your “stuff” on the table and we both sift through it for patterns and insights. Sometimes it’s an experience where a third party takes a look at your life and helps you see things you just can’t see. I use a multitude of approaches depending on what you need and are looking for, and I love helping people figure things out and learning more about themselves. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
