About me

I am licensed in South Carolina with over a decade of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & trauma and abuse. I am also Gottman trained in couples' therapy and have worked extensively with many different types of intimate relationships. I have experience in a variety of settings such as inpatient mental health, school-based therapy, law enforcement settings, federal employees moving through current transitions, private practice and crisis community response.

Sometimes life is hard, and we need a little assistance. I believe strength is within us, and I also believe that sometimes we need a little help finding it. I am here to support you along the journey of gaining understanding into yourself, your situation and your goals.
