I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC), licensed clinical addictions specialist (LCAS), master of addictions counselor (MAC), and certified sex offender treatment provider (CSOTP) in North Carolina with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I have given multiple other outlets a chance and ultimately felt let down by them. Dr. Lowe is the first person to make me want to come back and actually give therapy a shot. I immediately felt a wave lifted after our first session and I’m extremely excited for session number two.
