I graduated in 2012 from Ashford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2017. I have been working as a Counselor for 4 years and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for over a year.
I have worked with adolescents as well as adults on symptoms of anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress, mood disturbances, substance use, suicidal ideation and trauma. I use include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing along with trauma informed practices when working with my clients.
