We've only had one session, but I feel so at ease with Brenda already. Looking forward to more connection.

I’ve been in therapy on and off for 10 years, a few months at a time. I’ve been partnering with Brenda for 6 months and am extremely grateful for her kind and thorough approach to therapy. She provides tools and insight that are very helpful, and that are appropriately timed. Most of all Brenda is genuine and holds me accountable. I’m not sure how long I could have held on before I met Brenda. As cheesy as it sounds, she saved me - and is helping me piece myself back together one week at a time.

Brenda is very personable and takes time to listen and understand your situation so she can offer helpful strategies. She makes you feel as if you are having a conversation with a friend not just your typical therapist response of, "now tell me how that made you feel." She is very keen on self-worth and it's importance it plays in one's life and she is a great motivator!
