Written on Oct 04, 2021 after therapy with Brenda for 5 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, grief, intimacy-related issues, self esteem, career difficulties, compassion fatigue, and adhd

Brenda is mindful, curious, and respectful in regards of my lived experience and struggles. She is inviting and easy to talk to. The fluidity of our sessions makes me feel heard and grounded. Brenda brings wisdom and knowledge to our session and provide resources to help support me through my therapy. Since my therapy with Brenda, I have become more open about therapy and the benefits that comes out of it. I also recommended therapy to friends and family to try therapy.
